Policy analysis includes tracing the process of policy decision-making and implementation; analysis of cause, correlation and effect in the implementation of specific policies; comparative policy analysis (comparing policies and their outcomes over time; or comparing separate cases of different policies implemented).
In order to reach certain audiences or engage a specific public (e.g. effectively code-switch!), we need to be aware of people’s traditions, values, backgrounds and mindsets. Code-Switch’s social anthropologists can tailor advertisements, products and service provision to cater for people from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
This could include research, analysis and the production of different types of report on any aspect of the Law, such as financial crime, corporate governance, securities/capital markets regulation, litigation and dispute resolution law, international whistleblowing, employment law, regulation, enforcement, intersections between law and economics, EU law (including the four freedoms, EU law supremacy, and the internal market and the internal market competence).
